This quirky conceptual collection of body-shaped molds reminds me of an organic suit of armor and was created by designer Una Burke.
Born in the UK, Burke’s curious collection consists of “a series of eight physical geatures [sic] associated with the cause and effect of human trauma.”
The sculptural but restrictive pieces were created to mimic a contorted female human body in a way that is reminiscent of prosthetic and medical braces.
In essence, Burke’s aim is to create organic forms that can double up as both fashion accessories and works of art to be exhibited in galleries

Born in 1996 with the collaboration of two young designers from Turin, FRAV is one of the most avantgarde streetwear brands existing in Italy. And they’ve recently opened a shop in Milan in Ticinese district. They have a superb style with nice details, kind of Scandinavia meets Milan. Even nicer is that they are a Made-in-Italy brand with Made-in-China prices. Apart from their home label, you can find April 77 and Surface to Air at FRAV. I couldn’t resist the wool and linen low crotch pants and the extra long gray cardigan.
